He is survived by: his children, Annette Napier, Kathy Sparkman (Mike), Alice Watkins (Robert), Keith Combs and Peggy Cox (late Steven); his grandchildren, Cassie, Christy, PJ, Nick, Colton, Shawna, Sherrie, Christopher, Robbie, Micaela, Kristen, Amanda and Caring; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Phillips, Zoey, Karter Combs, Keiston Patrick, Kayleigh, Kaden, Cassidya Howard, Caleb, Grayson, Braxton Trent, Emma Begley, Shade Watkins, Logan, Andrew, Joshua and Adored; and his grandchildren, Troy, Leona, Bertha, Wilson, Ona Combs, Margie Combs-Slone, Gertrude, Beatrice Combs, Ersa Faye Combs-Banks, Dishman and Betty Combs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
