Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phillip Barnard (Norwood, Ohio), born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 69, on November 13, 2019. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Costa (Leonard), Brittney Ramsey (Bret), Michael Jr. Barnard (Carrie), Jacob, Tyler, Nicholas, Ashley, Bodie, Allison, Tucker and Blake; his sister Brenda Abbott; his wife Peggy Ann; and his son Mike Jr..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Haven Youth Group, mailed to the church.
