She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Gene; her parents, Matilda Kennedy (Kordenbrock) and Charles Kennedy of Norwood; her brother George; and her aunt Marie.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alec Spaeth, Matt Langel (Amanda), Megan Menacher (Jamieson), Scotty Thompson (Kate) and Nicole Krieps (Kevin). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Jane's name to Hospice of Dayton or to Heritage Presbyterian Church of Mason.
