He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Smith. He is survived by: his parent Juanita Smith; his siblings, Steven (Tina), David (Anna) and Michael Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Corey, Austin and Sierra. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
