She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Smith; her son Mark; and her parents, Earl Reed and Juanita Reed. She is survived by: her sons, Steven (late Tina), David (Anna) and Michael; her grandchildren, Danielle (Phil), Corey (Kelsey), Austin and Sierra; her great grandchild Brooks; and her sisters, Sylvia and Rowena. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati.
