She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Chapman. She is survived by: her mother Felice Chapman (Chuck Spegal); and her siblings, Rick (Rhonda), Ernie, Michael Corsmeier, Russell Roger (Kathy) and Pamela Chapman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
