He is survived by: his wife Wilma Garland (Hubbard); his siblings, Tommy Garland (Charlotte), June Burnette (Melvin), Charlotte Rice Indianapolis (Bob) and Stella Garland of Pineville, KY.; and his nephew Kenny Lynn Garland. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and special friends.
