He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica E. Mills and Byron H. Mills; his brother Byron A. Mills; his siblings-in-law, Gloria Mills and Marc Kesterson; and his nephew Jerry Bollen.
He is survived by: his sister Regina Kesterson; his nephew David Kesterson (Gail); his nieces, Sharon K. Bollen, Bonnie Kesterson-Dietrich (Richard), Amy Vaughan (Bob) and Andrea M. Bunch (Bill); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Heather Bollen Hitchman (Sam), Stephanie Tomlinson (David), Eileen Bunch, Julia Bunch, Christopher Bollen and Kevin Kesterson (Mindy). He is also survived by four great-great nieces.
