He is survived by: his children, Amanda Watkins, Darrell Jr. Hodge (Tasha) and Christopher Hodge; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brylee, Tara and Preston; his sisters, Peggy Spears (Lewis) and Patricia Scales (Patrick); his close friend Diane Gersten; and also Sharon Black.
