He was predeceased by: his father Kelly Noel; his wife Sharon Noel; and his daughter Kimberly Lynch. He is survived by: his son Scott Noel (Rebecca); his son-in-law Paul Lynch; his grandchildren, Todd Lynch, Daniel Noel (Lexi), Rebecca Bradford (Thomas), Samuel Noel and Jacob Noel; his great grandchildren, Mason, Tucker, Charlie, Easton and Colt; and his brother Jack Shepherd (Susan). He is also survived by relatives, colleagues, and dear friends.
