She is survived by: her children, Randy Smith, Michael Smith (Marie), Vickie Bruner, Sheri Hursh (Richard) and Candace Smith; her grandchildren, Tiana Smith, Zachary Smith (Stephanie), Michael Smith, Jr., Amy Smith, Jeromy Smith, Marcus Combs (Ashley), Tiffany Gruen (Thomas), Nicholas Hursh (Crystal) and Matthew Hursh; and her siblings, Boyd Perry, Norman Perry, Charles Ray Perry, Sandra Tucker, Gladys Altimari, Georgia Renfro, Bradford Perry, Marilyn Covert, Linville Perry and Loyd Perry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
