He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hays; his children, Derrick Hays (Sonia) and Stephanie Bamonte (Anthony); his granddaughters, Tiffany Hays, Julia Hamilton (DaVon) and Natalie Bamonte; his great grandchild Ace Hamilton; and his brothers, Butch Hays (Beverly) and Mike Hays (Neva). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
