She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Shirer and Wilmer Shirer; her husband Charles A. McGilton; her sister-in-law Maribeth Shirer; and her great-niece Kelsey Shirer.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammie Sullivan (Barry); her stepdaughters, Cheryl Hunt (Jay), Darlene Steuart (David) and Tina Everett; her brother Ron Shirer; her grandson Kyle Imlay (Katie); and her stepgranddaughters, Stephanie McGilton and April Hoce. She is also survived by five step great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
