She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Bamfield and Christine Bamfield (West); her husband William "Bill" M. Neff; and her sisters, Jeanie McCall and Janet White.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl "Sherry" Cross, Carol Umstott (Sonny) of New Concord, Rick Neff (Deborah) of Norwich and Randy Neff (Tami) of Zanesville. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; her eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord (63 W Main St, New Concord, OH 43762). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
