He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Dailey and Mabel E. Dailey (Cubbison); his wife Marilyn R. Hall Dailey; his siblings, Wayne L. Dailey and Velma J. Dailey; and his siblings-in-law, Alma Dailey (Dean) and Herbert Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond E. Dailey (Charlene), Richard W. Dailey (Ann) and Barbara J. Osborn (Timothy L.); his grandchildren, Rachael E. Dailey, Richard J. "Rick" Dailey, Sarah E. Dailey, Caitlin D. Osborn and Kristin L. Osborn-Earle; his great grandchildren, Mekinna Davis, Hayliegh Davis, Addison Dailey, Jaxson Dailey, Lynlee Smith, Lynnox Dailey, Emma L. Osborn-Earle and Ever L. Osborn-Earle; and his siblings, Dean F. Dailey, Phyllis Irene Heineman (William) and Carl R. Dailey (Madeline Kay). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Norwich United Methodist church, Genesis Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
