He was predeceased by: his parents, Monford L. Lucas and Fera L. Price Lucas; his parents-in-law, Arnol and June Dawson; his sister Patricia Ford; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Lucas and Joe Dawson.
He is survived by: his wife S. Joyce Lucas (Dawson); his daughters, Kristi Flaherty (Jim) of Dublin and Julie Frame (Gary) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Jimmy Flaherty (Nicole) of Upper Arlington, Tyler Flaherty (Audra) of Gahanna, Megan Flaherty of Dublin, Jason Frame of Euclid and Andrew Frame (Brynn) of Cambridge; his great grandchildren, Avery and Ethan Flaherty; his brother Randy Lucas (Pat) of Columbus; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Ford (Judy) of Venice, FL and Susan Fox (Steve) of Charleston, WV. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to one of the following organizations: 1) The Food Pantry at Stop 9 Church of Christ; 2) Genesis Hospice; or 3) Potter Children's Home.
