He is survived by: his mother Lillian Kay Tysinger Hedges of Zanesville; his daughters, Katelyn Foster and Kaylee Bice (Brandon); his brother Paul Foster (Laura); his grandchildren, Avianna Parmer and Emma Bice; the mother of his children Brenda Foster; and his pet Harper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
