He was predeceased by: his aunt Phyllis Dickinson (Dean). He is survived by: his parents, William J. Biggins and Antonette Biggins (Bartone) of Bellevue; his wife Lisa (Hall); his brothers, Edward Biggins (Susie) of Cincinnati, Shawn E. Biggins (Anita) of Sandusky and Steven Biggins (Jolene) of Fremont; his parents-in-law, Julis and Ida Hall of Wakeman; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Hall of Wakeman and Robert Hall of Wakeman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
