Wayne Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2021, at the age of 93, Wayne Smith of Norwalk, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertice Smith and Elizabeth Burns (Johnston); his stepmother Loretta Smith; his grandson Eric Smith; his siblings, William Smith, Betty Ann Leow, Shirley Williams and Lillian Layfield; and his nephew William Smith Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Wayne L. Smith (Karen) of Clayton, IN, Lynda Patchen of Glendale, AZ, Darlene Smith of Milan, OH and Michael Smith of Milan, OH; his grandchildren, Rick Lacy, Phil Smith (Kate), Adam Smith (Lisa) and Summer Minier (Nate); and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Lily, Sarah, Allison, Giavonna, Eric, Colton and Carlee.

Visitors are required to bring a wear a mask or face covering and are encouraged to practice all social distancing and mass gathering guidelines.
