He was predeceased by: his fathers, Kenneth Cooper and Bill Fannin; his children, Travis L. Cooper and Jennifer L. Cooper; his granddaughter Jaiden L. Raistrick; and his brother Robert A. Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Cooper of Toledo and Justin Cooper (Ashley) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Madison Raistrick, Trystian Swartz, Lydia Swartz, Westin T. Cooper and Waylon A. Cooper; his great grandchild Rayleigh M. Sherlock; and his sisters, Susan Marcum (Ron) of Norwalk, Tina Smith of Florida and Denise Watts (Mike) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives.
