She is survived by: her husband John Hofacker; her children, Linda Bell (John), James Hofacker (Sarah), Julie Leibold (Kevin) and Sharon Hurley (Dave); and her grandchildren, John Hofacker, Amy Smiley, Jason Leibold, Sean Coder, Kristin Leibold, Leah Ahern, Brian Hurley, Eric Bell, Ryan Bell and Tracy Ream. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
