He was predeceased by: his wife Carol S. Evans; his parents, Wendell R. Evans and Lois Evans (Smith); and his brother Wendell Evans Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Vicky Lyons (Terry), Tammy Penfield of Sandusky, Timothy Evans (Julie) of Castalia and Thomas "Randy" Evans (Angie) of Attica; and his nephew Tyler Evans (Melissa) of Attica. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
