He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGinn and Oleva McGinn (Rahrig); his son Jeffery McGinn; and his brother Jim McGinn. He is survived by: his wife Peggy McGinn (Dillingham); his children, Thomas L. McGinn of Bellevue, Theresa A. McGinn of Monroeville, Lori J. Sergeant (Craig) of Monroeville and Steven D. McGinn (Kathy) of Norwalk; and his sister Ruth Noftz of Clarksfield. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7, great grandchildren.
