She is survived by: her mother Martha Mayer (Kozak); her husband Eric Mundy; her children, Michael Mundy and Meghan Mundy; her grandson Brady Fritz; her sisters, Jodi Conklin (Craig) and Nicole Phillips (Tom); her siblings-in-law, Danny Mundy Jr. and Patty Hauler (Aaron); her mother-in-law Sandy Mundy; and her godparents, Sharon and Dick Gross.
