Dee-Breitbach of Norwalk; his children, Zachary Breitbach of Lakewood and Emily Breitbach of Columbus; his parents, Daniel Breitbach and Mary Ann Breitbach of Rickardsville, IA; his sisters, Sara Breitbach (Jason Peil) of Rickardsville, IA and Rhonda Murphy (Rob) of Baxter, IA; his nephew Trevor; his niece Samantha; and his mother-in-law Barbara Dee.
