He is survived by: his wife Mattie Slack (Trusty); his son Ronnie Slack, Jr. of Norwalk; his stepchildren, Robert Crase (Patty) of Norwalk and Amy Crase of Milan; and his siblings, Melvin Slack (Ruth Ann) of Kingsville, OH, Elnora Blanton of Norwalk, Thelma Hale of Wheelersburg, OH, Paul Slack (Fran) of Norwalk and Marlene Slack of Norwalk. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
