He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mullins and Alberta Mullins Hall; his wife Sondra S. Mullins; his son Dale F. Mullins; his stepson Frank Stewart; his granddaughter Kylie Dupont; and his siblings, Wanda Schnell (Gary), Vonda Waddle and Ray Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Anita Dupont (Darin) of Bellevue, Theresa Murph (Rodney), Tina Mullins and Jason Mullins; his daughter-in-law Candy Mullins-Steinmetz (Jimmy) of Huron; his stepson Josh Stewart; his grandchildren, Justin, Madison, Jayson, Austin, Brett, MacKenzie, Gage, Logan, Tyler, Hunter, Alexis, Jayden, Melody, Trinity, Blake and Jarrod; and his brothers, Ronald Mullins (Liz) and Ralph Mullins (Barb) of Norwalk. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
