He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest P. Windnagle and Helen Windnagle; his son Jeffrey E. Windnagle; and his siblings, John Windnagle, Walter Windnagle, Earnest Windnagle, Martha Vaccaro and Marilyn Borgeson.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Frank Vaccaro and Peggy Windnagle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
