He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Stower and Mildred E. Stower (Sweet); and his brother Dennis G. Stower. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stower (Duncan); his daughter Paige Foltz (Bill) of Norwalk; his granddaughter Emma Kathleen Foltz; his brothers, James Stower of Milan and Craig Stower (Carol) of Findlay; and his aunts, Carol Langer and Ruth Kromer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and "Maxine", his faithful, four-legged friend.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home (98 W Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Milan Cemetery (246 Woodlawn Ave, Norwalk, OH 44857).
