He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Lewis (Stephanie) of Shelby, OH, Jason Lewis (Dorene) of Perkins, OK, Kenneth Lewis of Stillwater, OK and Steven Lewis (Deanna) of Stillwater, OK; his grandchildren, Brandon, Alyson, Carson Lewis, Tyler, Jacob, Jason Aubrey, Jazlynn, Sylus, Aden, Grayson Lewis, Dylan, Brooklyn, Hanna, Steven and Kaylynn Lewis; his great grandchildren, Liam, Lorelei, Amelia and Lilly; his brother Donald Lewis (Jeannie) of Mansfield, TX; and his friend Evelyn Jones (family: David Allison).
