He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Garner and Marjorie Garner (Eastman); his wife Sandra Garner (Valentine); his siblings, Lois Wilson and Bobbie Knudsen; his granddaughter Shelby Lynn Pflieger; and his great grandchild Guinevere Wren Pflieger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Herner (Jeff) of Sandusky and Tonia Garner of Sunbury; his siblings, Shirley Krupp of Bellevue and Randy Garner of Nova; and his grandchildren, Cassi Brown (Mark), Logan Francisco (Madeline), Levi Pflieger (Shannon), Bryce Pflieger (LaShonda), Cody Pflieger (Liz), Chelsea Pflieger, Blaine Pflieger (Cheyenne), Taylor Pflieger (Lacy), Seth Garner and Michael Croxal III. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
