He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carlisle and Martha Carlisle; and his wife Susan Carlisle (Semple). He is survived by: his children, Seamus Carlisle (Pennilane) of Independence and Michael Carlisle (Melissa) of Westlake; his grandchildren, Marian, Samuel and Corinne; and his pet Checkers. He is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews.
