Richard Blackburn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2021, at the age of 90, Richard Blackburn of Norwalk, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Blackburn to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Blackburn (Shaw) and Harry Blackburn; his wife Joan Blackburn; his daughter Kathleen Blackburn; and his brother James Blackburn.

He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Galan and Margaret "Meg" Blackburn; his grandchildren, Emily Petitti (A. J.) and Alec Galan; his sister Ann Khayat; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Blackburn and Ann Hettel.

Visitors are required to bring and wear a mask or face covering and are encouraged to practice all social distancing and mass gathering guidelines.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
