She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chadwick and Ursula Chadwick; her husband Edward Straka; her sons, Michael and Mark; her sisters, Josephine and Ramona; her great grandchild Zoe; and her brothers-in-law, Jack, Bill, Harry and Ed.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Karen Straka; and her granddaughter Nancy Straka. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
