She was predeceased by: her parents, August Tomei and Lavinia Tomei (Bernola); and her husband Carl Laface. She is survived by: her children, Linda Piontkowski of Norwalk and Larry Laface of Olmsted Falls; her grandchildren, David Piontkowski and Trina Reineck (David); and her great grandchildren, Maya Reineck, Tyson Reineck and Adam Slate.
