With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melinda Sue Alonso-Ackerman of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2024 at the age of 58. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Ackerman Sr. and Judy C. Ackerman; and her grandparents, Wilbur Ackerman Sr., Julie C. Schoewe, Basil L. Wyant and S. Marie Wyant.
She is survived by: her husband Jose Alonso; her children, Bryan Wolford of Tuscon, Arizona, Maerri K. Ritter of Norwalk, Tiffany Wildman (Cody) of Norwalk and Amber L. Ackerman of Norwalk; her grandchildren, Olivia Weirich, Colleen Hunt of Norwalk, Allison, Xavier Wildman of Norwalk, Adelina and Brycen Ackerman of Norwalk; and her siblings, Ronda L. Ackerman of Norwalk and Ronald Ackerman Jr. of Norwalk.
