She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Hirbe and Fred Hirbe; her husband James W. Mushett; her sister-in-law Joyce Hirbe; her grandson Joseph Moroni; and her son-in-law Edward Kane.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Mushett Jr. (Mary A.) of Sneeds Ferry, NC, Susan Kane of Chicago, IL, Catherine Moroni (Frank) of River Forest, IL, Cynthia Spalding (Michael) of South Bend, IN, Thomas Hirbe Mushett of Kalamazoo, MI and Anne Parker (Benjamin) of Norwalk; and her brother Donald Hirbe of Redding, CA.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
