She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Wise (Bain) and George Wise; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Eberly; and her son Joseph Eberly. She is survived by: her daughter Jill Eberly (Bennet Wang) of Chicago, IL; and her brothers, Dennis Wise (Paula), Michael Wise (Joan) and Louis Wise (Kathleen). She is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; 1 step great-granddaughter.
