She was predeceased by: her brother Robert C. Welch. She is survived by: her boyfriend Dave Haburn; her children, Travis Morgan, Alyssa Morgan, Daniel Morgan, Autumn Morgan and Sara Haburn; her grandsons, Jackson Morgan and Noah Morgan; her stepparents, Mary Ann Hatfield and Robert; and her brothers, Jason Welch (Megan), Joshua Welch (Jolene) and Sam Farmer (Angie). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
