It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Cook of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Centre, Alabama, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Reese Harkness and Reuben Jasper Harkness; and her siblings, Master Sergeant James Harkness, Odell Harkness, Jo Ann Chambers and Freddie Harkness.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Cook; her children, Walter B. Wade of Mansfield, Ohio, Evelyn J. Wade of Norwalk, Ohio, Jacquelyn Wade-Hatchett of Altavista, Virginia and John Rodney Cook (Brandi) of Norwalk, Ohio; and her siblings, Murline Harkness Viar, Dixie Jackson, Helen Price, Mary Ruth Huey, Lotatise Starr and Thomas Harkness. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
