He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Schild and Julia Schild (Linder); his former wife Virginia Eileen; his wife Mary Ann Sisson; his son-in-law Donald Allen; his grandson Derek Allen; and his stepson Thomas Sisson.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Allen of Norwalk and Stephen; his daughter-in-law Janel Schild of Missouri; his grandchildren, Suzann (Dean Stanford) of Tennessee and Christopher (Beth Schild) of Georgia; his great grandchildren, Tenille Mantooth (Ben), Harmony (Austin Owen) and Brianna of Tennessee; and his stepchildren, Michael J. Sisson of Norwalk, Leslie R. Miller (Anthony) of Norwalk and Scott Sisson (Nancy) of Norwalk. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
