He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. Moore and Bettie Irene Moore (Becker); his significant other Martha E. Moore (Rowe); his son James C. Arnett; and his son-in-law Gary Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Charley R. Arnett of Bellevue, Melissa "Lisa" Oney (Marty) of Norwalk and Michelle M. Clark of Monroeville; and his brother Elton R. Moore (Phyllis) of Castalia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
