He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Risner and Ivellea Risner (Hall); his brother Dean; his sister-in-law Susann Risner; and his brother Leon Risner.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Risner (Eldridge) of Norwalk; his children, Brandon Risner (Mandy) of Huron and Angela Smith (Scott) of Medina; his grandchildren, Dallas, Shay, Lily, Wyatt and Owen; his sister Rosalie Kidd of New London; and the mother of his children Mary Longwell. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
