He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gilbert Burris, Jr., Donald Smith, Jr. and Gloria Roberts. He is survived by: his daughter Ryan Montgomery (Timothy) of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Timothy, Caleb Montgomery and Taylor Pelton; his great grandchild Mckayla Pelton; his mother Barbara Smith of Monroeville; and his brother Duane Burris of Huron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
