We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2022, at the age of 42, Julia Ann Polachek of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Willard, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Schenna Marie Polachek; and her grandparents, Harry, Violet Tackett, Carl and Thelma Polachek.
She is survived by: her mother Peggy Polachek (Tackett); her children, Daniel Payton Hicks, Gwen Julianna Hicks, Ryder Lee Hamons and Hartley Preston Hamons; her father Christopher Polachek; and her sisters, Rachele Lynn Mobberly Polachek (Michael) and Crystal Lee Polachek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
