She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Wass and Doris Wass (Rhodes); and her sister Joan Anderson (Malcolm). She is survived by: her husband Michael Gubesch of Norwalk; her daughters, Julie Gubesch Woods (Tom Santelle) of Norwalk, Jill Gubesch of Chicago and Janine Leon (Alex) of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Dr. Lauren Woods of Evanston, IL, Andrew Woods (Caitlin) of Livonia, MI and John Woods (Anira) of Elyria; her great grandchild Carson; and her sister-in-law Nancy Gubesch Smith. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
