He is survived by: his wife Toni Bowman; his children, Kevin Smith of California, Chris Smith of California, Floyd Churchwell of Fremont, Carla Smith of California, Johnna Smith of Toledo and Katrice Stovall of Sandusky; and his stepchildren, Kimberly Barbee (Tom) of Norwalk and Marlin Bowman of New London, OH.
