She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Thomas and Mary Alice Thomas (Jones); her children, Mike Samples, Jeanette Samples-Pierce and John Samples; and her siblings, Angelo, Aileen, Joyce and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Babcock of Dade City, FL, Lisa Wallen of Sandusky and Buddy Samples of Norwalk; and her brother Stephen Thomas of Clay, WV.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
