He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Miller Sr. and Eleanor Miller (Zelenka); and his siblings, Kitty Banville and Terry Miller. He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Miller (Allison); his children, Tammy Harkness, Jennifer Green (Ronald) and Matt Miller (Jill); his grandchildren, Cassilyn Schnell (Joshua), Ashley Bell (Jeremy), Anelise Mull (Miles), Allison Davila (Adam) and Elizabeth Dysard (Thomas); and his siblings, Roger Miller (Cheryl) and Bonnie McGann. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
