He was predeceased by: his son Brad Maitland; his father Angus Maitland; his stepfather Jean Ramona; his brothers, Hal Farr and Larry Maitland; his stepbrother Art Gwynne; and his brother-in-law Phil Colahan.
He is survived by: his daughter Sara Sattler; his stepdaughter Dawn Weethee (Josh); his siblings, Rae Colahan, Tom Farr (Nicole) and Ron Maitland (Barb); and his sister-in-law Dawn Maitland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel (109 Monroe St, Monroeville, OH 44847).
Donations may be made to pancreatic cancer research in his son Brad's name.
